The home’s previous layout lacked privacy, soundproofing, and modern infrastructure to support remote work. Limited office space, poor acoustics, and dated interiors detracted from both functionality and comfort. The client sought a serene yet dynamic environment to enhance productivity without sacrificing luxury.
Redefining Luxury Work-Life Balance
Cerna Contracting redesigned the layout to include two acoustically isolated office suites, an integrated conference zone, and a private guest wing. Natural wood, smart glass, and organic textures bring calm into the workspace. A spa-inspired primary suite, with steam shower and skylit yoga studio, rounds out the lifestyle upgrade—an exquisite fusion of purpose and peace.
